Trading models
Trading models are responsible for making the very important entry and exit decisions. Each product is studied based on past behaviour and trading costs to determine the optimal trading strategy and machine learning techniques are then used to learn and in future implement this strategy. Hundreds of models are typically tested and discarded before finding a suitable model for use in a production environment, helping to ensure quality and confidence when a model goes live.
